Computer Lab

Maple Leaf International School has three dedicated computer labs configured to meet the specialized needs of the ICT curriculum leading to CIE ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level exams. The up-to-date computers with networking, printing and internet facilities as well as the experienced ICT faculty allow students to pursue and extend their ICT education.

Science Lab

Ever since the institution was established in 1972, Maple Leaf International School has led a pioneering role in English medium education in Bangladesh.  The institution got permission in 1981 from the University of London to conduct A Level science courses for the first time in Bangladesh. The first batch of students in Bangladesh sat for their exams in 1983. In other words Maple Leaf International School was the first and foremost institution to create a platform for ‘A’ Level science qualification in this country.

In due course, amidst fierce challenges the Principal started the first Labs requisite for teaching the science subjects. At present Maple Leaf International School has the best science Labs which were designed with specifications and safety standards of leading research labs bearing in mind the available resources in the country at the time. Priority has been given to safety of students and staff.

The Labs have appropriate furniture and are fully air-conditioned.  The chemicals and apparatus are the best quality available to offer students a world class educational experience. One of the best features is the ability to convert the Labs for either Physics, Chemistry or Biology requirements as schedules demand.  Due to its large size, it is even possible to have two parallel classes at the same time.
Senior staffs are distinguished faculty of high standing in the educational fields with years of experience at eminent universities at home and abroad. New staffs are selected from a pool of technically experienced, savvy and dynamic individuals of whom many are themselves products of this institution.

On demand, we have multimedia presentation and public address system to smoothly maintain the flow of operations. This comes to great use during examinations conducted by the British Council and other UK exam boards.
